There’s a lot of REALTOR® Party purple showing up across Wisconsin right now.
From the Northwoods to Rock-Green to the Southshore, local REALTOR® associations are bringing members together to talk about advocacy, get involved and invest in the work that supports our profession, our clients and our communities.
And REALTORS® are showing up.
They’re learning about the issues, investing in RPAC and Direct Giver and getting involved with the REALTOR® Party. Our local associations are creating opportunities for those conversations and connections to happen.
And that involvement delivers results.
The 2026 Legislative Report highlights what REALTOR® advocacy helped to accomplish during the 2025-26 legislative session, from increasing Wisconsin’s housing supply and expanding housing opportunities to protecting property owners and supporting the real estate profession.
Those results don’t happen because of one person or one legislative session. They happen because REALTORS® across Wisconsin stay engaged and invest in advocacy year after year.
Every event, every conversation and every REALTOR® who gets involved strengthens our ability to advocate for real estate in Wisconsin.
