This course explores real-world cautionary tales, highlighting missteps to avoid and best practices for staying in good standing with the DSPS. This course outlines the discipline process for violations of license law and the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and further offers case studies of actual disciplinary actions against Wisconsin licensees for violations of license law and the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. Additionally, Course 4 outlines the Preamble to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics for more ideas about how to enhance professionalism.
