This course reviews issues that occur when a real estate transaction fails to close. Specifically, Course 3 explores when sellers are required to amend the real estate condition report and the fate of the earnest money when a transaction does not close. Additionally, this course reviews the default provisions in the WB offers to purchase. This course satisfies the National Association of REALTORS®’ Code of Ethics requirements.
