This course qualifies for 1 hour of GRI On Demand credit.
GRI curriculum is the most comprehensive real estate training available, providing a broader scope of depth and training. Each state establishes its own curriculum based on NAR requirements, providing students with the most relevant content available.
To earn the GRI in Wisconsin, you must complete a combined total of 60 hours of On Demand and live/virtual course training. Students have five years to complete the coursework but, most students complete it in less time.
