On Demand
The 13-hour Wisconsin Pre-license Course is for real estate licensees from other states who are getting a Wisconsin salesperson license by endorsement: licensees whose Illinois or Indiana license is inactive but was active within the past two years, and active licensees in any other state.
The course is on demand, and you have six months from registration to complete it. After the course, pass the Wisconsin salesperson exam and submit your application to the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services.
An active Illinois or Indiana license is exempt from the Wisconsin education requirement, so you can take the sales exam directly. See the secondary license requirements.
