The Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services requires you to complete 72 hours of approved instruction and pass the state exam to receive your sales license.

July 2016 revisions:

The Department of Safety and Professional Services recently made administrative rule revisions that affect the salesperson course curriculum. These changes include modifications to the WB-1 Listing Contract and the WB-42 Amendment to Listing Contract and went into effect on July 1, 2016.  

Did you register for the sales pre-license course prior to July 1, 2016, and still need to take your salesperson exam?
