Dwayne has been a REALTOR® since 2002 and a trainer since 2004. Prior to
entering real estate, he was a project manager and technical trainer in the
Information Technology industry for more than 15 years.
In addition, Dwayne serves as an Education & Leadership Consultant to
associations across the country.
Along with training various NAR courses, Dwayne has also developed and
trained on a variety of real estate business topics.
Dwayne was chosen as a 2009 Inductee to the REBAC Hall of Fame where
he joined a select group of REBAC instructors chosen for the honor. He is also
a proud 2010 graduate of the NAR Leadership Academy.
In 2014 Dwayne joined the staff of the Minneapolis Area Association of
REALTORS as the Director of Education and Professional Development.
Debra Peterson Conrad (Debbi Conrad) is the Senior Attorney and Director of Legal Affairs for the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association.
She received her undergraduate degree in Political Science and Psychology with Honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Prior to joining the WRA, Debbi worked in private practice in which her practice included real estate, condominiums and small business.
Debbi is co-author of Wisconsin Real Estate Law, Wisconsin Real Estate Clauses and Real Estate Trust Accounts in Wisconsin. Debbi is a regular contributor to the Wisconsin Real Estate Magazine and writes the WRA's monthly Legal Update. She is also serves on the Department of Safety and Professional Service's Real Estate Contractual Forms Advisory Committee.
James E. Jacobs has been active in the appraisal profession for over 40 years. During this time he held positions with major real estate organizations including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Citicorp Investment Bank. For the past 24 years, Jacobs has operated his own appraisal firm, Jacobs Company/Texas in Sherman, Texas. Jacobs is an AQB-Certified USPAP Instructor and has taught USPAP and other appraisal courses throughout the United States and Canada. Presently he serves an investigator with the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board.
Bill King is a licensed real estate broker and certified residential real estate appraiser in Washington state and is a nationally recognized instructor of real estate and appraisal courses and seminars. With over 35 years of experience in real estate and valuation, he has served as a forensic expert on valuation and housing issues in local, regional and national cases. King has extensive experience in real estate and valuation technology. He has been a valuation representative to the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO), consulted with the GSEs on USPAP issues for UCDP, and participated in the creation of the Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD). In addition, King has taught dozens of appraisal courses and has contributed to the country's most widely used appraisal textbook, The Appraisal Institute's The Appraisal of Real Estate. King is the president and chief valuation officer at Real Info Inc., based in Buffalo, NY, that has provided Automated Valuation Models (AVMs) and automated real estate analytics to national clients since 1995.
Carol E. Krigbaum is the managing member of Krigbaum Law LLC, a general practice firm in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin, just north of Milwaukee. Ms. Krigbaum received a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with majors in both journalism and history and graduated from Marquette University Law School. She holds a Wisconsin real estate broker's license and answers questions on the Legal Hotline for the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association. Ms. Krigbaum is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Greater Milwaukee Area REALTORS®, the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association, and the National Association of REALTORS®. She serves on the Professional Standards Committee for the Greater Milwaukee Area REALTORS®. She is president of the Whitefish Bay Historical Society and serves on the Village of Whitefish Bay's Historic Preservation Commission. She is a frequent presenter on real estate related topics for the State Bar of Wisconsin.
As the director of corporate and regulatory affairs for the WRA, Cori Lamont is the primary contact for members and firms regarding brokerage regulatory and licensing issues and is the liaison between the Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) and the WRA.
Cori regularly presents real estate seminars and education to real estate licensees and also serves as a contributing author for Wisconsin Real Estate Magazine. Cori collaborates with REALTOR® boards on forms and practice issues, currently serves on the Real Estate Contractual Forms Advisory Council and has been a speaker for events at Marquette University Law School and the State Bar of Wisconsin.
Cori received her Bachelor of Arts from Southern Methodist University and Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University. She was named the WRA Instructor of the Year in 2005 and 2013.
Jennifer Lindsley is the director of training for the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association.
Jennifer participates as an attorney on the WRA Legal Hotline and serves as a liaison between the WRA and the Wisconsin Technical College System. Her responsibilities include drafting education materials, developing pre-licensing and continuing education resources, and teaching WRA pre-license and continuing education courses.
She received her B.A. from Portland State University and her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Jennifer is a member of the Real Estate Educators Association. In 2014, she received the WRA Instructor of the Year award.
Doug Richards has extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate sales and has been involved in the ownership and management of various rental homes, apartments and commercial properties for 35 years. Doug was certified as a CRS instructor in 1989 and authored most of the recent changes to the current CRS 204 and CRS 205 courses. In addition to his CRS instruction, Doug has taught courses on tax, finance and real estate investment in 48 states as well as China, Puerto Rico and the Bahamas.
Doug began his real estate career in 1976 and has served in leadership positions with his local board as well as the state and national levels. His previous awards include being named Salesman of the Year and REALTOR® of the Year by the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS® as well as CRS of the Year by the state of Utah.
Tracy Rucka has been a staff attorney with the WRA since 1997. Her primary role is Legal Hotline attorney, answering member questions about real estate related matters. Tracy also specializes in professional standards administration and training, including working closely with local association professional standards administrators. Her other duties at the WRA include writing legal publications and providing member education and mediation training.
Tracy served previously at the local association level as the executive officer of the Northwoods Association of REALTORS®. Her experience in real estate began in the mid-1980s working as a REALTOR® in northern Wisconsin before going to law school. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in behavioral sciences and law from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Juris Doctorate degree from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minn.
Tracy was awarded the 2012 Instructor of the Year Award by the WRA.
Jonathan M. Sayas is an attorney with Stewart Title Guaranty Company, and is licensed to practice before all courts in the state of Wisconsin and U.S. Federal District Court - Eastern District of Wisconsin.
Jonathan is an experienced litigator in real estate matters and provides legal counsel to both buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate. He is a regular instructor for WRA CE courses and is an established contributor to the WRA's Legal Hotline. Jonathan is a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Forms Advisory Committee and has also served as an adjunct professor with Concordia University's Executive MBA program teaching real estate management.
He received his Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University and undergraduate degree from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Jon was named the 2011 WRA Instructor of the Year.
Robert Sayas is an attorney with the law offices of Sayas, Schmuki, Rondini & Plum S.C. Rob is a Legal Hotline attorney for the WRA, answering member questions about real estate related matters. He received his Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University in Indiana.
Michael Sewell is a real estate broker in Green Bay and a past president of the REALTORS® Association of Northeast Wisconsin. He has taught pre-license classes, continuing education courses and professional standards throughout Wisconsin since 1991.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Western Michigan University and received his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School in 1978. He practiced law for 10 years prior to entering the field of real estate in 1988. Michael was named the WRA 1998 Instructor of the Year and serves on the WRA's Professional Standards Work Group and the Professional Standards Hearing Panel.
Mike is a 1980 graduate of Marquette Law School. He is also a licensed real estate broker, and has been teaching pre-licensing and continuing education real estate classes for over 30 years. His law practice in Wauwatosa emphasizes real estate as well as other areas of general practice such as estate planning, income taxation and corporate representation. In addition to representing parties directly, he also provides closing services for institutional clients through Fidelity National Title. In 2009, Mike was named the WRA instructor of the year.
