Tim Andersen is the president of Timothy C. Andersen Inc., a real estate appraisal, consulting and education firm based in Florida. He specializes in appraising both residential and commercial properties. Tim is a certified general real estate appraiser in the state of Florida, board-certified in appraisal review by the National Association of Appraisers, and is a certified USPAP instructor.
Anthony has been serving South Florida's real estate needs for over 26 years. He has won numerous real estate industry awards and was recently awarded the Circle of Legends Award in 2014 by RE/MAX International. He was also a recent Top 3 Finalist for the R.E.A.L. REALTOR® of the Year Award.

Ernie Bottom entered the real estate industry in 1987 when he joined The Enterprise Limited, located in Milwaukee. The Enterprise provides products and services for real estate brokers and agents. In 2009, he joined the National Association of REALTORS®, becoming involved in the REALTOR® Property Resource program. Currently Ernie is the Senior Market Manager for the states of Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia. Dwayne has been a REALTOR® since 2002 and a trainer since 2004. Prior to

Area Association of REALTORS® and the REALTOR® Association of the
Sioux Empire (Sioux Falls, SD). He holds several NAR designations but most proud of earning the REALTOR Certified Association Executive (RCE) designation.
Along with training various NAR courses, Dwayne has also developed and
trained on a variety of real estate business topics.
Dwayne was chosen as a 2009 Inductee to the REBAC Hall of Fame where

Joanne Chando is a national educator and speaker who has engaged and enlightened audiences across the country, bringing with her 35 years of active real estate experience. Joanne became a broker after moving to southwestern Florida in 1997. In 2005, she opened her own brokerage, which she continues to operate.
A 2009 Leadership Academy graduate at Florida REALTORS®, Joanne has served on the professional development committee and numerous other committees since 2002.
Joanne is a multiple-year FR Director, an 11-year Honor Society Member and an RPAC Golden R.
In 2017, Joanne will serve as the vice chairman of Florida REALTORS®' education programs.
Joanne is the 2015 Florida REALTORS® Educator of the Year and 2014 Broker of the Year at her association.
Amy Chorew was appointed Vice President of Platform Development for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC in March 2012, and is responsible for growing the brand's educational training platform as well as creating and expanding innovative agent tools and technologies offered to the brand's network.
In addition to writing four books on the topic of social media for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), she also co-authored the NAR e-Pro® certification curriculum, which is designed to educate real estate professionals on social media technologies and e-office strategies. Amy is the founder and former CEO of The Tech Byte, an education company specializing in coaching and consulting with real estate firms about using technology in their day-to-day operations.
Amy has more than 30 years of real estate experience, including roles in sales, marketing and training. Since 2000, Amy has been on the national speaking circuit teaching industry professionals about technology strategies to help improve their business.
Debra Peterson Conrad (Debbi Conrad) is the Senior Attorney and Director of Legal Affairs for the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association.
She received her undergraduate degree in Political Science and Psychology with Honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Prior to joining the WRA, Debbi worked in private practice in which her practice included real estate, condominiums and small business.
Debbi is co-author of Wisconsin Real Estate Law, Wisconsin Real Estate Clauses and Real Estate Trust Accounts in Wisconsin. Debbi is a regular contributor to the Wisconsin Real Estate Magazine and writes the WRA's monthly Legal Update. She is also serves on the Department of Safety and Professional Service's Real Estate Contractual Forms Advisory Committee.
Valerie Garcia is an international speaker known for delivering encouragement and truth with her straightforward style and sense of humor. Valerie focuses on the importance of overcoming fear, adapting to new ideas, and putting the customer first.
Valerie has worked with real estate companies in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Australia, and has spent over 17 years educating and teaching real estate professionals. Over the past several years, she has been creating and delivering education initiatives for associates across North America.
Ashton Gustafson is passionate about challenging the status quo and changing the world as we know it. Eric Kodner has over 20 years of experience as a college faculty member and over 30 years of experience in labor negotiations. Before entering real estate a decade ago, he enjoyed a successful career in the performing arts as a symphonic musician and conductor.
Since 2008, Kodner has taught real estate courses in technology, fair housing, ethics and agency in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. He created courses for the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS®, taught at EXIT Realty and People's Home Mortgage corporate offices in the Twin Cities, and presented an Internet SEO course as a guest speaker at the 2005 WRA convention. In 2009, he presented a seminar on social networking at the LuxuryRealEstate.com Spring Retreat in Las Vegas.
Kodner currently serves on NAR’s equal opportunity — cultural diversity committee and the WRA’s equal opportunity in housing committee. Kodern is a NAR-certified At Home with Diversity (AHWD) instructor and also serves as education chair for the Wisconsin CRS chapter.

Carol E. Krigbaum is the managing member of Krigbaum Law LLC, a general practice firm in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin, just north of Milwaukee. Ms. Krigbaum received a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with majors in both journalism and history and graduated from Marquette University Law School. She holds a Wisconsin real estate broker's license and answers questions on the WRA Legal Hotline for the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association.
Ms. Krigbaum is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Greater Milwaukee Area REALTORS®, the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association and the National Association of REALTORS®. She serves on the professional standards committee for the Greater Milwaukee Area REALTORS®. She is president of the Whitefish Bay Historical Society and serves on the Village of Whitefish Bay's Historic Preservation Commission. She is a frequent presenter on real estate-related topics for the State Bar of Wisconsin.
Cassidy Kuchenbecker, MS, is the senior microbiologist at Environmental Initiatives of North America Inc. Cassidy specializes in assessing buildings for contaminants and water damage and addressing general air quality and health concerns. His degrees focus on microbiology, immunology and chemistry. His thesis work focused on health effects of water-damaged and damp buildings on the neurological and immunological systems.
As the director of corporate and regulatory affairs for the WRA, Cori Lamont is the primary contact for members and firms regarding brokerage regulatory and licensing issues and is the liaison between the Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) and the WRA.
Cori regularly presents real estate seminars and education to real estate licensees and also serves as a contributing author for Wisconsin Real Estate Magazine. Cori collaborates with REALTOR® boards on forms and practice issues, currently serves on the Real Estate Contractual Forms Advisory Council and has been a speaker for events at Marquette University Law School and the State Bar of Wisconsin.
Cori received her Bachelor of Arts from Southern Methodist University and Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University. She was named the WRA Instructor of the Year in 2005 and 2013.
Jennifer Lindsley is the director of training for the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association.
Jennifer participates as an attorney on the WRA Legal Hotline and serves as a liaison between the WRA and the Wisconsin Technical College System. Her responsibilities include drafting education materials, developing pre-licensing and continuing education resources, and teaching WRA pre-license and continuing education courses.
She received her B.A. from Portland State University and her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Jennifer is a member of the Real Estate Educators Association. In 2014, she received the WRA Instructor of the Year award.
Juanita McDowell is the president of Atlanta-based training firm InMotion Consulting. Each year, Juanita delivers over 200 workshops and seminars to agents and entrepreneurs across the nation. She is a REBAC-certified e-Pro instructor and a member of the GRI faculty in multiple states.
In 2013, Juanita was named 2013 Instructor of the Year by the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association, and in 2010 and 2011, the Georgia Association of REALTORS® chose her as their "Partner in Education Instructor of the Year."
Juanita resides in Atlanta with her husband and three sons and volunteers as a Technology Partner for Habitat for Humanity.
Listed in the 2009 report of the 100 Most Influential Women in Real Estate, professional speaker, consultant, author and business real estate strategist Karel Murray has connected with hundreds of audiences throughout the U.S. and beyond. Karel holds a B.A. in human resources and has earned numerous designations and certifications, including the National Speakers Association's CSP designation and the Real Estate Educators Association's DREI designation. Karel is a certified instructor for the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Manager courses.
Karel's resume includes experience as a human resources regional executive of a large commercial insurance firm, award-winning salesperson, manager of a top-producing real estate office, and now the owner of Our Branch Inc., a national and international speaking and training company.
Monica Neubauer started her career as a REALTOR® in 2002 and has been a local and national instructor since 2008. In 2014, Monica was awarded the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) Outstanding Service Award from the National Association of REALTORS®, and in 2015, she was awarded the 2016 REALTOR® of the Year by her peers in the Williamson County Association of REALTORS®. Monica has sat on the education, grievance and professional standards committees with her local association, and she is currently helping at the national level with curriculum updates. She is also a member of the National Speakers Association.
Tracy Rucka has been a staff attorney with the WRA since 1997. Her primary role is Legal Hotline attorney, answering member questions about real estate related matters. Tracy also specializes in professional standards administration and training, including working closely with local association professional standards administrators. Her other duties at the WRA include writing legal publications and providing member education and mediation training.
Tracy served previously at the local association level as the executive officer of the Northwoods Association of REALTORS®. Her experience in real estate began in the mid-1980s working as a REALTOR® in northern Wisconsin before going to law school. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in behavioral sciences and law from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Juris Doctorate degree from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minn.
Tracy was awarded the 2012 Instructor of the Year Award by the WRA.
Jonathan M. Sayas is an attorney with Stewart Title Guaranty Company, and is licensed to practice before all courts in the state of Wisconsin and U.S. Federal District Court - Eastern District of Wisconsin.
Jonathan is an experienced litigator in real estate matters and provides legal counsel to both buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate. He is a regular instructor for WRA CE courses and is an established contributor to the WRA's Legal Hotline. Jonathan is a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Forms Advisory Committee and has also served as an adjunct professor with Concordia University's Executive MBA program teaching real estate management.
He received his Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University and undergraduate degree from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Jon was named the 2011 WRA Instructor of the Year.
Robert Sayas is an attorney with the law offices of Sayas, Schmuki, Rondini & Plum S.C. Rob is a Legal Hotline attorney for the WRA, answering member questions about real estate related matters. He received his Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University in Indiana.
Michael Sewell is a real estate broker in Green Bay and a past president of the REALTORS® Association of Northeast Wisconsin. He has taught pre-license classes, continuing education courses and professional standards throughout Wisconsin since 1991.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Western Michigan University and received his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School in 1978. He practiced law for 10 years prior to entering the field of real estate in 1988. Michael was named the WRA 1998 Instructor of the Year and serves on the WRA's Professional Standards Work Group and the Professional Standards Hearing Panel.
Michael and Rebecca Straley began their careers in the 1980s, with Michael's background in data consulting and analysis and Rebecca's in real estate brokerage. Today, the Straleys work as the Go Straley Group team of Virginia-based real estate brokerage eXp Realty.
The Straleys are certified NAR instructors and are certified Pricing Strategy Advisors (PSA). Michael and Rebecca bring 20 years of corporate business experience and 25 years of real estate experience, respectively, to their clients. In addition to their real estate practice, the Straleys are active in real estate at the local, state and national levels, and Rebecca is currently serving as an ombudsman for the Virginia Association of REALTORS®.
